Atlantic View Coach House is a wonderful three-floor contemporary house with a glass façade facing the sea. The view to Stepper Point and the Camel Estuary across the beach is simply magnificent.
So take in the views and breathe in the fresh sea air outside on the slate patio with built-in barbecue or from the large balcony that faces the beach or on the decked area in the garden.
All of the bedrooms are en-suite and can be configured as either twins or 6’ super king double beds. So Atlantic View Coach House is suitable for a range of guests – from families to friends, work colleagues or even hens and stags.
Lower ground floor
The beach room has Travertine marble floors and wall tiles and features everything you need to rinse and hang wetsuits and beach equipment. Accessed from the beach side of the house you’ll find a Belfast sink, hanging rail, space to store surf boards (please rinse the sand off outside first) along with slatted shelving for walking boots and surf boots.
The utility cupboards house the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
There is an en-suite twin bedroom that faces the rear of the property with two 3’ single beds (can be made into a super king double on request). The bedroom has a digital television, hairdryer and ample storage space and a Cat5 socket. The en-suite shower room has a large shower cubicle, marble wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver socket, LED mirror with de-misting pad and is fully tiled in travertine marble.
The en-suite double bedroom faces south-west with views across the beach and out to sea. It has French doors that open out onto the patio. The super king double bed can be made into two 3’ single beds on request and the room has its own digital television and hairdryer. There’s also a Cat5 socket. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with travertine marble and has a bath with shower over, marble wash basin, WC, heated towel rail, shaver socket and a LED mirror with de-misting pad.
The entrance hall provides level access from the parking area at the rear. There is a lobby to the stairs along with coat hooks and a shoe rack. It also leads into the accessible shower room.

There is a twin bedroom that faces the rear of the property and has two 3’ single beds which can be made up to a super king double on request. It has window seats where you can sit and relax with a good book. There’s also a digital television, hairdryer, a Cat5 socket along with ample storage space.
The ground floor en-suite double bedroom takes in the sea and beach views to the south-west and has French doors that open inward. The super king double bed can be made into two 3’ single beds on request. This magnificent room has its own digital television – a real retreat for guests that want some private time. There’s also a hairdryer, Cat5 socket and lots of storage space. The en-suite bathroom is also fully tiled with travertine marble and a marble wash basin. It has a bath with shower over, a WC and bidet, heated towel rail and a shaver socket along with a LED mirror with de-misting pad.
The dual aspect open plan kitchen/dining/living area enjoys glorious beach and sea views along with access to the balcony. The fully-fitted oak kitchen has granite worktops, a double sink, electric range cooker, microwave, large larder fridge, freezer, food processor and electric mixer – everything you need to cater for your fellow guests. Don’t worry – there’s a dishwasher too. There is an 8-seater Italian designer table so you can all dine together. The L-shaped chocolate brown sofa that seats seven and leather easy chair provide a comfortable space where you can all gather around the log-burning stove (wood is supplied) as you plan your day ahead. There’s a 32” digital television with a sound bar and woofer along with a DVD player too.
The airing cupboard has a hanging rail (not for wetsuits, please use the beach room for these) and slatted shelving.
The idyllic seaside location makes al fresco living irresistible – and we’ve created the perfect space to do just that. The first-floor balcony has an eight-seater table with eight designer polypropylene chairs. On the lower-ground floor is the slate terrace with a built-in barbecue along with two built-in slate seats plus an eight-seater patio table and chairs. There are also two sun loungers and a small side area of lawn plus a decked area with a glass balustrade and outside lighting. We’ve even got an outside tap for washing sandy feet before you come into the house.
Beach living at its best!
Atlantic View Coach House has off-road parking for two cars at the back of the property. There is also ample free on-road parking to the front of the house.
